At Home Your Way-DD (Agency – Directed Waiver Services) has an immediate opening for an RN Operations Manager.

The RN Operations Manager ensures quality and safe delivery of home care services; coordinate services that reflect the At Home Your Way philosophy and standards of care; plans, develop, implement and evaluate the agency’s services, programs, and activities,  directly and indirectly supervise field staff, improves office efficiency, helps achieve the office’s mission and goals of providing outstanding customer service and building strong community relationships. 
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate all the activities of the Home Care Organization. Including planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate services.
  • Fiscal planning, budgeting, and management of operations in accordance with the fiscal parameters.
  • Develops administrative policies and procedures relating to the organization.
  • Reviews/evaluates existing policies and procedures by means of an annual organization evaluation.
  • Managing weekly schedules of staff.
  • Taking referral intakes as needed.
  • Facilitates on-going relationships with various local, state, and national associations and participates in meetings, conventions, etc.
  • Conducting client record reviews.
  • Assists HR with employee relations issues.
  • Assists with interviewing and hiring personnel to maintain staffing levels.
  • Directing and monitoring organizational QI activities.
  • Establishes goals and achievement standards for client service delivery.
  • Assuring the development and qualifications for professional services and the assignment of personnel.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of public information materials and activities. Acts as official organization’s spokesperson and representative.
  • Prepares reports on organizational activity for the governing body.
  • Reviews all staff performance evaluations and processes merit increase requests to corporate.
  • Conducts performance evaluations on supervisory level and office personnel.
  • Approves all salary increases and staff promotions.
  • Handles client complaints not resolved at the Supervisory level.
  • Accommodates Federal, State, and regulatory personnel on agency survey visits.
  • Actively pursues new and innovative marketing opportunities.
  • Acts as the Privacy Officer.
  • Serves as the Agency Disaster Coordinator.
  • Serves as the Agency Civil Rights/Section 1557 Coordinator.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • At least one year of training and experience in direct health care service delivery within the last 5 years
  • Prefer supervisory/administrative experience in home care or a related program.
  • An understanding of DD & CCC+ rules and regulations
  • An understanding of medical billing procedures
  • Must have a Criminal Background Check.
 
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURE, & REGISTRATION
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain valid auto insurance.
  • Must hold a current RN license in good standing to practice in Virginia or a multi-state license privilege to practice in Virginia.
